Linear vibrating screen is high efficient and new style screening equipment, which is mainly used for powder, granular materials screening and classifiction in mining, coal, metallurgy, building material and refractory material, light industry, chemical industry. In order to achieve the best results of filtering and classification, it must be in the best working condition.

What should we pay attention to linear vibrating screen installation?

1.When equipment installed in place, shaker that used to secure the base of the seive must be removed before starting.

2.Load test dynamic time is not less than two hours. After passing load test,the load can be put into trial operation. The load test can process test requirements.

3.Check the vibration motor winding insulation resistance to ground, before using must be dried if less than 20M.

4.In the vicinity of rotary parts, do not use cotton cloth or cotton gauze to wipe mahine.

5.Before starting the shaker,check equipment, cleaning inside and outside linear vibrating screen, open only after confirming that no foreign body turn, prevent damage to other substances,and other importance parts of the screen.

6.Close the power switch and make sure the vibration motor synchronous reverse rotation, air operation carried out for 10-20mins, the device at runtime if abnormal sound should be shecked promptly shut down processing. After the device is working properly, we can send a small amount of material required screening by the inlet into screening machine, make sure the material to the discharge port direction. Then gradually increase to desired quantity.

7.Screening material, should the material inlet into uniform to ensure even distribution of the material the screen surface. When material wherabouts, not a big impact, so as not to damage screen.Under special circumstances(such as material diferences between the large size, material than the major,etc.) should be added at the inlet on the coarse mesh as a buffer layer.

8.Before engine off, the vibrating screen surface may not have retained material, screen often need to check for tension, damage, and it must be immediately replaced if damaged.
