Application and feature:

Take urea as nitrogen source mixing liquid urea melted by melting tank into new-loaded and reverted material in a spraying way. Liquid urea is not only a raw material but also a liquid phase and adhesives participated in granulates production and supply certain heat used in heating material, by which it makes granulates with minimum moisture and convenient for granulation and drying process.

Technique in developing this equipment makes formula production for material with high-nitrogen in which it is hard to control originally much easier.And also it improves product quality (nitrogen content up to 23%-25%) and quantity (up by 30%)greatly and strengthens granulates strength and fruity degree.

Made of stainless steel, machine can be upgraded and reconstructed on old production line. Output of this equipment: 20,000-200,000tons
